A youtube playlist was compiled and extracted into a DVD-Video, much like a mixtape.
The work of Ike and Tina Turner was selected for their own history as musicians and lovers in the public eye.
Their love songs are to act as a spring board for a larger dialogue centered around survival, obedience and love.
Notes were created based on the dialouge that began due to the subject of the show and how it relates to the hierarchy of the artist-curator / curator-artist relationship.
